Standard shipping
We ship all orders through the US Postal Service via media mail unless you request Rush shipping. Standard delivery time is 7-10 days for media mail. We normally will ship your order the same day it is received. If your order is received after 3 pm Central time, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Rush Shipping is available upon request. We utilize Fed Ex, UPS, and the US Postal Service for Overnight, 2nd- day Air, 3rd-day Air, and ground shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight of package, delivery zone and delivery service requested. Please call us toll-free at 800-735-9471 to request Rush shipping or add a note to the "message" field on your online order. We will give you an estimated shipping cost before we ship your package. Rush shipping requests must be received by 3 pm Central time if they are to be shipped that same day.
What is your typical shipping method? Shipping charges that appear on your online order are calculated for United States Postal Service media mail and will arrive in 7-10 days.
Can you ship products to multiple addresses? Yes. Simply call us toll-free at 800-735-9471 or email us at mail@cain-consulting.com and give us the shipping information. There will be a slightly higher shipping charge for shipping to multiple addresses.
Can you ship to PO Boxes? Yes. But if you request Rush shipping, we will need a physical (street) address to ship to.
How soon will my order ship? All orders received by 3 pm Central time will be shipped the same day we receive them. Orders received after 3 pm Central time will be shipped the next business day.
Do we ship overseas? Yes, we ship internationally using various services. We will give you a shipping estimate for international shipping charges also.
The shipping charge on my online order is for shipping within the United States only. Does standard shipping apply for shipments to Canada? No, the online shipping charge is for shipping within the United States only. Charges for shipping to Canada will be slightly higher. We will notify you prior to shipping your order with an estimated cost.

Any products returned AFTER 30 days, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping charges will not be refunded on returns.
We accept returns on unopened CDs and DVDs only.
